High priority referral

I am based in Hampshire ICB, They currently have a long waitlist with huge restrictions on IAP’s and are in most cases only letting through a select few high priority cases who meet specific clinical criteria. Does anyone know what that criteria is for my ICB?

I am working along side my GP to get my referral sent through as a matter of urgency as it’s detrimental to my mental health and well-being however we have both struggled to get through the right people, I would like an email or phone number to call or refer my GP to.
