Hi all,
I am new to the site, I have seen my GP and he has said for me to go on the right to choose ADHD website, showed me a picture of the site, then said just go on and book an assessment, they will send the bill to the surgery, I have looked on the site and I am struggling to find the form, does your GP have to complete the referral?

To clarify, ADHD UK provides information, advice and support, and is not a right to choose provider.
Below is a link to the different providers and their wait times in the UK. There are links their websites via the below. Once you’ve chosen which provider you’d like to go forward with, you can let your GP know, and then they write a referral. You are just choosing which direction that referral goes. Each provider will have a referral form or cover letter you can take to your GP appointment.
