Those in West Yorkshire, I need your advice please…
I got referred to ADHD 360 in December via RTC. They sent some documents they wanted and my GP took until February to forward them on… I’m assuming I’m only on the list from February following this??? Which I’m worried will set me back even further.
I since learned about Health Harmonie Minds in Birmingham who have a much shorter wait time so sent my GP their documents to forward on… but I’m guessing she’ll take a lifetime with that too.
I’m getting super frustrated because the older I get, the more my symptoms are having an impact on my life. I just want to get my assessment and be able to access medication that might help me 
Then I read about NHS ICB pausing new assessments and RTC referrals so I don’t know where that leaves me?? (I don’t fully understand how ICB works or what it is).
Does anyone have any insight into what I’m to expect next? I really can’t afford the private route
