ADHD 360 RTC RIGHT TO CHOOSE

I see that there’s been updates on waiting times where it was a 6/8 month wait and now there’s a longer wait, I’m with Suffolk and Norfolk, I put in my referral on the 30th January so it’s been 6 months next week since I’ve been waiting for my assessment, bare in mine I done my referral before the updates happened! Is there anyone in the same position as me that has been seen sooner then the 45 week to 2+ year wait if your with Suffolk and Norfolk? As I’m just curious and obviously ADHD 360 can’t give me any information for when I’ll be seen, it’s annoying really…

Hi,

You might find others in your local area via the support groups ( Support - ADHD UK ).

Below is some local assessment data which will hopefully have an update once the Norfolk and Suffolk ICB (Integrated Care Board) transitions data collection (newly formed ICB established in April 2026).

Taken from the ADHD 360 website:

An update on ADHD360 RTC wait times and ICB referral budgets

Many NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) across England, are facing significant demand for ADHD services. This demand is higher than NHS resources available and therefore ADHD360 are currently having to manage demand and keep services within locally agreed ICB budgets. This means that patients who may have been seen sooner, will have to wait longer for services, due to demands on our current waiting list. For others, there are no changes, and we can continue to support the ADHD community in line with our available capacity.

At ADHD360, we are dedicated to providing transparency and integrity to our patients as part of our commitment to being the provider of choice. To support our patients in making informed choices, we have created this guide *to show you the average waiting times for ICBs and any requirements that have been placed on us, and the impact this may have on your referral.

Thanks for posting
