I have already been diagnosed through Right to Choose with Pshychiatry UK. Before I was due to start medication titration, they discharged me for not responding to their message in time, I was also not at my home address at the time. They told me to ask me GP to re- refer me, which I did, and they refused me. Does anyone have any advice on the best path for me to get medication now? I haven’t get found a GP that does shared care, and not sure if its worth a referral to a different right to choose provider. Thank you!!!

The most straight forward path towards accessing medication would be to ask your GP for a new referral to a different approved RTC provider. It does restart the process which can be frustrating but it’s the clearest option over paying for private treatment.
