After a recent late-in-life ADHD and ASD diagnosis in the Right to Choose pathway, I’ve come to a thorny point in the process. After calling the agency today to inquire place in the waiting list, I mentioned that I hoped I was high on the list given the increasingly difficult time I’m having. The agency representative laughed. I suggested that laughing was gross and vile, at which point I was referred to a more senior representative. At the end of the call, I am no longer on the titration waiting list
Does anyone have experience in switching Right to Choose services that will accept diagnoses from other companies and allow patients to access titration? The need for some medical help through medication is, in short, necessary as soon as possible.
