Hi, I was diagnosed privately by CARE ADHD, and I have received my medications and I have finished my titration, and waiting to go to shared care. I however feel like my dosage is too strong for me. I want to get my medications reviewed, however it’s a fee of £140 and plus having to wait 8 weeks to be on a stable dose to move to shared care. I am really struggling to pay £140 a month for my medications privately. Is there anything anyone recommends or how I can get this paid via NHS prescription?

In terms of something quicker than 8 weeks, I don’t think there would be anything much quicker to switch to NHS funded care, even through Right to Choose.
