Extremely frustrated! Had my part A assessment with health harmonie minds for both ADHD and autism. Part B for ADHD was booked yesterday for 5pm, I was unable to join as it said page expired and appointment no longer available. Remained on hold on the phone to just be cut off and sent an urgent email to try and sort this out but heard nothing. I have just received a text to say
Due to a temporary pause on new ADHD/Autism assessments by Greater Manchester ICB, your upcoming appointment may be affected. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. You will remain on our waiting list unless you ask to be removed.
Has anyone else had this? How can they just stop assessments when I am part way through both? So upset and disappointed as I was supposed to find out whether I had a diagnosis last night and now likely won’t get an appointment until the new tax year! Absolutely spiralling as been left over the weekend with no answers and no way of contacting anyone 
Hi, the timing of this is so unfortunate and totally understandable that you’ve been left feeling frustrated. Especially being informed that your main assessment was inactive like that and pushing for the response that you received. I’m really sorry to hear this has been the case for you.
Did you hear back after the weekend or had any further update?
If not, it might be worth requesting this from the provider, and asking for more details on your place on the waitlist, the current estimated time for your assessment, and sharing your recent experience with them (and your GP).

However, it’s best to use the data as a starting point for conversations with providers and to confirm anything directly with them and your GP.
Changes can happen frequently, and data is based on information from each provider (with wait times occasionally longer than a provider has stated).
